Google has now enabled Google Posts for all business owners that have a Google Business page, this is part of the Google My Business program, which has been an initiative to get more business owners to claim their listings on Google and a lead-in to get more small and medium-sized businesses to start with their Google Ads platform.

So far, there is no way to automate posting through the Google Business platform, and posted links will disappear after 11 days. However, there is a social media publishing tool that offers Google Business posts, called Kiopi.

How to Create a Post on Your Google Business Profile

Step 1: Sign in to Your Google Business Profile account at bussiness.google.com.

Step 2: From the Google Business dashboard, select the “Posts” tab on the left-hand side of the menu. Click on the “+” button to create a new post.

Step 3: Choose what type of post you wish to create from the available options. These include “What’s new,” “Event,” “Offer,” or “Product.” Add relevant content to your Google Business post, including a catchy title, engaging post description, and any additional details such as dates, times, or promotional codes.

From here, you can enhance your Google Business post with photos by clicking the camera icon to upload images or videos.

You can customize the call-to-action button by selecting the appropriate option for your specific post. The options include: “Learn more,” “Book now,” “Sign up,” or “Order online.”
